AI in JNMR Studio
We use AI (Google Gemini) to create and adjust your training plans and to write coaching texts. For plans, adaptations and reviews, the AI receives summaries of your training (distance, duration, pace, heart rate and load estimates), including runs and other workouts from a connected Garmin or Polar watch. If you use the coach chat, it also receives the messages you write there together with a summary of your current plan and recent training; this only happens with your separate consent for the coach chat. It never receives GPS routes or device identifiers. We use the paid Gemini API; Google does not use this data to train its models. This only happens with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time under Settings → Privacy. Details: "Google Gemini API" below.

Health-related training data
Company: JNMR Studio
Health-related training data
Company: JNMR Studio
What we process. With your explicit consent, Martin Kulendik Sports, the operator of JNMR Studio, processes health-related data: workout and heart-rate data from a sports watch you choose to connect (currently Garmin or Polar) or from your own entries, such as post-run check-ins; training-load estimates calculated from it (such as TRIMP, ACWR, CTL, ATL and TSB), which are estimates of recorded training load, not medical measurements; body details you enter (height, weight, resting and maximum heart rate); your reports of current pain, illness, unusual fatigue and perceived effort; and, with separate optional consent, past injuries, sensitive body areas and related notes. If your watch records GPS data (currently Garmin), we also store the route to show it on a map; route data is not health data and is processed to provide the service.
Connected watches. If you connect a sports watch, we receive your recorded workouts through our processor Junction (Adept Labs, Inc., USA): workout type, date and time, duration, distance, pace, heart rate (average and, where available, during the workout), elevation, cadence and, for Garmin, the GPS route. Depending on the watch provider, Junction may also receive other data the provider shares (such as sleep or stress data); we do not receive or use it. Disconnecting a watch in the app settings stops the sync; runs already imported remain until you delete them there, withdraw your consent, or delete your account.
Why. To create, adapt and explain your personalized training plan and analyses, to pause training recommendations when you report current pain, and to send your weekly training summary. JNMR Studio is a training-planning tool and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.
Legal basis. Your explicit consent under Art. 9(2)(a) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time in the app settings with effect for the future. Processing before withdrawal remains lawful.
Automated plan generation. Plans and suggested changes are generated automatically, partly with AI (Google Gemini). The AI receives derived training summaries, never GPS routes or device identifiers. This is not a decision with legal or similarly significant effect within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR; plan changes are shown to you for approval.
Recipients. Health-related data is processed by our processors Wix (database), Vercel (hosting), Google (Gemini API), Brevo (weekly summary emails) and, if you connect a watch, Junction (watch data sync), under data processing agreements. We do not sell health data and do not use it for advertising.
Retention. We keep health data while your account exists and your consent is in place. We delete it within 30 days after you withdraw consent or delete your account; backups are overwritten within 90 days. Data from assessments that are not completed with an account is deleted after 30 days. Accounts without a login for 24 months and without an active paid subscription are deleted after prior email notice. Records of your consent are kept as long as needed to prove it.
US users. This data is "Sensitive Personal Information" under applicable US state privacy laws. We process it only with your consent and to provide the Service, and we do not sell it, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for targeted advertising. Residents of Washington: see our separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
JNMR watch app for Garmin (Connect IQ)
Company: JNMR Studio
JNMR watch app for Garmin (Connect IQ)
Company: JNMR Studio
If you use the JNMR watch app, you pair it with your JNMR account using a 6-digit code that is valid for 10 minutes and can be used once. Pairing creates an access token that is stored on your watch; on our servers we keep only a hashed version of it, together with the date of pairing. One watch can be paired per account. The watch app only receives today’s training session (title, steps, targets, a short note and, if enabled, a weather tip). It does not send runs, heart-rate or location data to JNMR. Runs reach JNMR only if you have connected Garmin Connect in JNMR (see “Garmin Connect API”). You can disconnect the watch app at any time in Settings; the token is also deleted when you delete your account. Your data export shows the date the watch app was paired.
Purpose: providing today’s training session on your watch (performance of the contract).
Handling payments
Unless otherwise specified, JNMR Studio processes any payments by credit card, bank transfer or other means via external payment service providers. In general and unless where otherwise stated, Users are requested to provide their payment details and personal information directly to such payment service providers. JNMR Studio isn't involved in the collection and processing of such information: instead, it will only receive a notification by the relevant payment service provider as to whether payment has been successfully completed.

Provision of the Service
Google Gemini API
Google Gemini API
This Application uses the Google Gemini API, provided by Google, to generate personalized training plans, plan adjustments and coaching texts. For this purpose, training data (e.g. distance, duration, pace), heart-rate data and training-load estimates, profile details entered by the user (e.g. age, height, weight, training availability and goals) and reported training constraints are sent to the API. Health-related data is processed only with the user's explicit consent. Generated content is informational training guidance, not medical advice.
If you use the coach chat, the messages you write (which may include health-related information) are sent to the API together with a summary of your current plan and recent training, to answer your question. Chat messages are not stored on our servers; they are kept only in your browser for the current session. We use the paid Gemini API: Google processes this data as our processor and does not use it to train its models.
This service uses artificial intelligence. Responses provided by Google Gemini API are generated, fully or in part, by an automated system and not by a human operator.
This service uses artificial intelligence to generate content. Material produced by Google Gemini API (including images, audio, videos, and text) is created, fully or in part, by automated systems.

GitHub (beta feedback)
GitHub (beta feedback)
During the private beta, reports you send through the in-app feedback form (your text, optional screenshots, page, app version, browser and device type) are stored as private issues on GitHub (GitHub, Inc., USA) so we can find and fix problems. Reports carry a pseudonymous reference instead of your name or email address; email addresses typed into the text are removed automatically. Screenshots are deleted after 90 days, and your reports are removed when you delete your account. GitHub processes this data as our processor. Data is processed in the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
